Banner design for web hosting site

We are a web hosting company and we build a new web site. We need a banner - header for this site The header dimensions are 950x80 pixels We put our logo in the left, about 135 pixels, and some login logout buttons in the right, other 195 pixels So the working area is about 620 x 80 pixels,and it must fade out and leave 135 pixes left and 195 pixels right free space The banner must contain web hosting and network related stuff We need 3 different banner variations , so we can change the site appearance from time to time One with real humans and photos (datacenter, servers, etc) one with graphics only, ( no real photo objects, just graphs) and the third one do whatever you want We provide the banner backround ,our logo and screenshot of our site, so the developer can fit the colors We need final files in gif or jpeg format , and all working photoshop files.
