3D Model of Dog Bed

I am needing a 3D model of a dog bed that is highly detailed which means no textures or bump maps as it will be modeled on a 3D printer. The model needs to be air tight and must measure roughly 4" x 3.25" x 1" . I have a couple images below showing the detail needed in the model. The cushion or middle section does not need to be modeled however a thin base needs to be put in its place to make the piece air tight as the sla machine will not create the object/bed. I will be using the shapeways service at shapeways.com so if you are unsure on the process of 3d printing please check it out first. Also .stl and .obj are preferred and if possible depending on the software used to model a .step would be great as well I look foward to getting this project started
