Mock-up image of website homepage

I need a mock up done of a website homepage for a new retail business that I am looking to launch. The business is similar to groupon, livingsocial, KGB deals in offering discount deals in a variety of retail fields. As such the design should echo these sites in terms of their look and feel. The site is   [obscured]   I have roughly mocked up the homepage design in powerpoint but clearly it needs some "design magic" sprinkled on it to make it look and feel like a proper website homepage. The website will also be a TV channel and the main panel of the website will feature a simultaneous live stream of the current deal being broadcast on TV. THis is illustrated in the attached mock-up. The information on the page should be clear and easy to read. I just need a good quality jpeg as the imag will be used in a powerpoint presenation. The budget I have for this job is $75 and I expect that there will be a few revisions required before the job will be complete
