22 Page colour comic illustration

This is a repost of an earlier job that had to be cancelled. I have attached the storyboard, which illustrators should look over prior to placing any bid. I have also attached a bitmap image showing the style and quality of illustration that bidders would be expected to deliver. I have raised the budget for this project to a maximum of $1540 from the previous maximum of $1000. If, after having looked over the storyboard and image, you are confident of being able to deliver on this project please go ahead and place a bid.
