Need animated 3D human created

I need someone to help me create a 3D model of a full body human. This will be imported into Unity so I will need a good quality low poly model. I also need the following animations added to this human: Idle Walk Hand motion - a conversational hand gesture when a person is trying to explain a concept I need this file in 3ds max or fbx format. Please separate out the hair, body, and clothing textures so that I will have the option to swap out the hair or skin color or clothing at a later date. Thanks!
