Jewelry Color modification

Hello, This is a test job. If we are satisfied same type of job will follow with around 50 other jewelries. The aim is that the stone colors and material color in the attached file can be changed. How this should be done? We will work with png layers. One png should be the different ring material (in the attached file it is white gold) and should be yellow gold. Two other png is the principal stone of the ring. It should be green and the other one blue. The fourth png are the small diamonds around the big stone together with the small site diamonds. These stones should be in black. At the end you should me send 4 png files (ring material, main stone 2 different colors and the side stones together in one png). I will test the result by the following procedure: I overlay the original file with your png files and depending on which png files I overlay my original ring change the material color or main stone color etc. The time for one ring as in the example should take for an expert 5
