Need graphic designer to add aesthetics to 6 page website wireframe

I have a wireframe sketch of an e-book website that I am building and I need a web/graphic designer to help implement and add aesthetic flavor. The website will most likely be about 6 pages long: Home, About Us, Testimonials, Resources, Blog, and Checkout Please submit samples or links to relevant web design work you've done. Preference will be given to designers who know how to create aesthetics that look good and also convert to sales. Strong fluency in English is a requirement. Once you finish the design, I will have a programmer chop it up to create the functioning site.
