Children's Story Illustrator (for iphone/ipad app)

I'm looking for quotes from illustrators that are experienced in children's stories for a potential job illustrating a children's story for the first iphone/ipad app in a series of similar apps. The final number of illustrations would be between 20 and 30. Can you please give me a per illustration cost estimate as well as a quote for doing 20, 24 or 30 illustrations. I also need to know the timeframe for delivery of that many illustrations. Some individual elements in the illustrations will need to be drawn seperately in order to be animated. I will initially work with the writer and the illustrator to establish the storyboard and ideally I would prefer to build a relationship with one illustrator for continued collaborations.
