Graphic Designer for Workbook Development

I need a graphic designer to put together a workbook that details the many aspects of a consulting firm I'm beginning to form. I've written all materials for the book, created some basic wireframes for page design and have a few key colors that will serve as the theme for the work. I also have an example of another workbook, so you can see what I would like this to look like. All in all, this should be a rather quick design since I've done so much up front work. However, I'm open to graphic interpretation and editing in order to make this look as good as possible. There are a number of photos that I'll need the designer to add, but I ask you choose as many free photos as possible. The workbook will be roughly 20 pages. My assumption is we will go back and forth for editing to get this right. I also ask to receive all source files once the job is complete. I can supply all material to begin work in a week or less
