eBook formatting

Just about to publish paperback. Now need to get it converted to main eBook formats eg Kindle iPad etc. Have 40k word doc, cover and all images done. So this job is just to produce the files for the top ebook formats from a word doc. If interested please tell me what experience you have of doing similar work and what formats your proposal would include. Expect to be able to deliver the docs to successful applicant middle of next week and want this job completed in a week or less from then.
