Urbania Magazine Print Design

I'm looking for someone to design the first print edition of Urbania Magazine. A dummy was already created and can be used to setup the first live edition. Id like someone to set and save the new template design in InDesign or Apple Pages. The magazine will be printed using the Magcloud.com digest version and will compliment the site   [obscured]   I will provide the new content in a word doc. and Images. I need page layout using the dummy design for a quality designed first issue. The magazine should be 5.5 x 8.5 and 24 pages. The project will be delivered as a native file and pdf. Provide a quote and the time it would take to complete the project. Provide a separate quote for any advertisements to be created. If the first project goes well, Id like to continue with the quarterly publication. Thank you in advance.
