Fashion photo retouching

I am looking for help with post-production / photo retouching of photos from a fashion shoot for an upcoming fashion line. There are 10 initial photos to be retouched with opportunity for 30 more. I am looking for a high fashion finish on these pictures. I don't want extreme adjustment - just professional looking, high fashion enhancements. In your proposal please indicate whether you have worked specifically on retouching for fashion photography, and provide examples of this work. Please also indicate how much you would charge per photograph (I have attached an example of the kind of photo I'd like retouch) and how long it would take you to complete these initial 10.
