Create a set of 8 illustrated characters for my game

I need 8 characters illustrated for a mobile game. They should all look coherent but each will have a different bio e.g. Angry noodle chef, buxom blonde, old chinese lady. I'd like them to be cute but not babyish and with a chinese/asian feeling. I will need vectors and copyright ownership of the finished product. Each character will have 2 poses showing a different emotion one happy and the other could be angry, sad or bored, etc. If you'd like to quote please send some examples of your work/style.
