Sponsorship Portfolio Design

I'd like you guys to create me a 5-6 page sponsorship portfolio. I have the text ready to go in to it, images which can be used plus an idea (based on clients website) of the look and feel. I'd like you to make it look eye catching, create a few graphics based on motorsport (in particular rallying) themes - things like pacenotes, forests etc (check out   [obscured]  ,   [obscured]  , wrc.com and   [obscured]   to get a feel for the sport). I'd like the final portfolio to be delivered with the text included in both an A4 PDF ready for web use plus an A5 brochure (folded A4) and a double sided, three fold leaflet (A4) with appropriate bleeds for printers.
