Logo Needed

Need a graphic artist to design a logo for my company. I need a format that I can post it on a webpage....I need this ASAP within 24 hours. My company is Manifesting Travel....I want something tripical looking...simple as a palm leaf with a yellow hibiscus flower against a tropical blue background.
