Children's book cover design

I need a cover design for the paperback and e-book versions of my children's book, Pigshaven. The artist will need to read the book to get an idea of the best cover content. Needs to be able to draw animals well. A brief description is below. I would like the cover within 1 month of the job offer, and would need to see a rough sample before agreeing to final job. If I like the cover, may also commission some interior illustrations. The book description: When Cyrus Blunt went to stay with his Uncle John and Aunt Harriet on their old farm, he thought he was in for a pleasant but boring summer. He hadn?t planned on getting mixed up with a talking pig and a neighboring farmer?s bossy daughter, or being pulled away to Pigshaven, a world of talking animals that has been taken over by a tyrant boar, Reptilian?
