care tag for t-shirt brand

I would like to have a care tag designed that will be screened printed onto the neck of tee shirt after the manufacturer label has been removed. I would like to have the logo transparent so that the color of the shirt shows through the letters. everything else solid color with the ability the change depending on the color of the shirt. if you need to increase the size of the the letters in the logo thats not an issue just keep the same fonts. .ai format for screen printers. about 4-5 inches wide and 2-2.5 inches high, but i am open to suggestions..so.. 1. logo 2. catch phrase " spread the thread" maybe using the "threads already in the logo and "spread the ...
