Remodel a Graphic Design for Mobile Applications (Android App)

Please let me know the price to do a new graphic design for all png files for a new app version for each for the following 3 apps attached. The new name for each app is: * Fat Me * Bald Me * Age Me This is a completely new graphic design from previous included png files. Keep the same size and location of files.
