Icons for software applications

I need multiple (approx 100) Windows 7-like icons in different sizes (16x16, 24x24, 32x32, and 48x48 pixels), in 24 bit BMP and/or 32 PNG format. Some of the icons are standard (e.g. print, search, etc.), and others may need to be customized (e.g. "medical doctor"). The icons need to be in 3D.
