Design of 3 images

Hi, all. I need someone to design 3 images for me (either in PNG format or GIF). Please see the attached folder for the images I need. I need images in same dimensions (as in the attached folder) but these images will show different text. I will give more details to interested parties. Please let me know how much will it cost to create those 3 images.
