Ebook Cover Art

What I need or require: Create the cover art for an ebook. What I already have versus what the contractor will deliver: I have written the ebook and will only need to book cover art created. Specific expertise/background that I am seeking: I am seeking someone with graphic work background Timeframe for delivery: work should be delivered 1 week after contractor has been chosen.
