3D design

we need a 3D graphic design model for one sketch. we need to convert a JPEG sketch into a 3D model. the sketch is a person holding sword and slicing. it should be with a plastic texture - and with a 2 frames or more animation effect of the person slicing. if you have done something like that we appreciate if you will show us your previous work. of course this job is discreet. thanks, Liran
