3D Map Required + 3D Animation of Location Map

We are looking for a designer who can create a single perspective 3D location map to include roads, trees, greenery, 3D buildings etc. We have a sample of what we are looking for. The final output should be for web and print purposes. We also need a separate 3D location map of a different area which should be animated with creativity like cars, helicopters, people etc. This is for web use only.
