Card Game Artwork

I am putting together a collectable card game at the moment and I need hundreds of images which also means I need dozens of artists who want to get their name out there and possibly collect royalties in the future. I am looking for artists who would like to have their work featured on the cards in the game and artists that can do conceptual designs for weapons, landscapes, people, and action. The style should be somewhat like anime but not too cartoon like. The best way I can describe the look is by giving an example. The Animatrix's short cartoons encapsulate the design concept I am looking for.
