Comic book / cartoon / caricature style Illustration

A close friend is leaving work and we thought it would be a good idea to get an illustration created featuring her and the rest of us at work. I was thinking of some comic book or cartoon style drawing with her as a focal point. We work in a bar so that would make an appropriate scene. There will need to be approx 10-15 other people (her colleagues) in the drawing, but only in the background. Maybe a row or two of customers waiting to get served. I don't have any preference on how the drawing is done but would be keen to get some idea of how much it would cost. Many thanks
