Create eLearning Course in Articulate

What we need or require: We need an online course created in articulate. The script has already been written and the engage interactions and quiz questions have already been decided. I expect the course will be 25-35 minutes in duration from start to finish. Example of the minimum quality level we expect:   [obscured]  /products/demo/launch-NA== What I already have: I have the course outline and script. Voice over work has not been completed yet as some designers prefer to have voice over first, while others prefer to have voice over done after course interaction have been created. Unless you have a spectacular voice over artist with work examples that you would like to recommend, we already have someone that can do voice over. The contractor will build the entire PPT document that will be used for the articulate course, including: 1.) PPT template 2.) All illustrations, photos, text, engage interactions and animations. Budget can be provided for stockphoto assets .
