Ebook Design

I have an eBook in a word document that needs to be designed and put into a PDF document. This eBook will be given away free on my blog and I want it to be a great introduction to myself, my writing and my blog. The eBook is approximately 25 pages. The ebook gives tips for young professional women to succeed in their careers. If possible, I would like to have photos included of professional women. I would also like it to look similar to my blog ~   [obscured]   Attached is an example of the first three pages of the ebook.
