Icons design/create

I need 4 icons created in both a 128 x 128 and 71 x 71 format, in order to be used as navigational icons within a mobile app I am developing. I have already had 3 of these created, and would very much like the style/design of these new ones to match the existing set as closely as possible. I can provide sample of the existing icons to interested parties.
