Illustration and Graphic Design of a Logo

Have a concept for a black and white logo for a new company we are launching in the next 30 days. Desiring someone to go through the design process with us and bring the logo from a drawing to a finished logo. Looking to hire someone this week and have the job completed by August 26th. Must have relevant experience on Elance. Must have experience and a portfolio of logos. Must be able to meet the jobs completion date of 8/26. We are looking to retain someone by Wednesday, August 17th.
