Illustrations for children's iPad game

We are looking for a illustrator who can create the images we need for a children's iPad game that is currently in development. We have a complete artwork brief detailing all necessary elements, as well as examples of preferred styles. Apart from a relevant portfolio and verifiable references, we are looking for someone who can: - create simple yet engaging images that will delight children - can deliver all artwork in as .psd files or in layered vector format - is able to complete the artwork, to brief and on schedule The ability to do simple frame-based animation would be an advantage.
