Logo Design - Rough sketch & tagline already exist

Greetings! We are looking for a creative designer with a passion for environmentalism. Specifically, we would like you to produce a logo for a startup business that produces products to help extend the lifespan of everyday items by promoting reuse. We have a solid tagline and a logo concept sketch to share, but alas, lack any sort of graphic design skills. Essentially, this project would entail transforming our current rough pencil & paper sketch & tagline into a refined, polished, professional logo (don?t worry, the concept itself is very simple and we?re not wedded to our existing logo idea ? we?re totally open to better suggestions)!
