Logo Design + Twitter Background Page Design + Generic Bg

Very straightforward. Need a logo for an upcoming website. Will discuss nature of business once selected and company name will be provided. Logo should have a corporate feel. The logo should be suitable to appear on a website as well as on printed media. Secondly, a Twitter background containing the logo and other design that is compatible with most existing screen resolutions. Thirdly, a generic page background with the logo and other design for visitors to submit their emails. The page would contain brief text and an input box to collect user email addresses and a submit button. The design could be (but not necessarily) similar to the Twitter background page. The product should be in Photoshop format. Please respond with a portfolio. Future work designing the website may follow if work is well done. On that note, take note of a consistent color theme when designing the pages, which could also be used for the website later
