Logo designing

I am starting a broasted chicken eatery (chain) - I want to design a logo for my new setup (which is still under planning stage). - I as well want you to prepare a fine animated presentation for my business plan (I will be making a basic power point presentation) - I would also need you to create a website for me. Please mention your charges for each of the above jobs seperately and in aggregate.
