one-page campaign diagram

We've created a draft of a one-page diagram showing the workflow associated with a software product (see attached .docx file). The objective is to be simple & clear: desktop>cloud->large print file->print & envelope->mail (We've used generic symbols for PC desktop, printer, and insertion equipment, and used Australia Post logo on truck) The page needs to be redone in a professional manner: - probably new symbols & layout at minimum - maybe a complete re-design - either clipart or photo symbols acceptable - any A4 printable format acceptable (a standard MS format preferred but not mandatory) The page will be part of a mail campaign and will be printed on a office colour laser printer. Any other suggestions encouraged multiple suggestions / samples welcome David P
