Retreat Center Illustration

We have a pencil sketch of a retreat center that we need an artist rendering of so that when we show it to investors and donors, it will present a professional appearance. We have photographs of how lush it will look as well as a couple of videos of a local Japanese garden that can really help describe what it should look like.
