2-3 page Investment Summary Docs

I am starting a new investment fund where I need a brief 2-3 page Investment Summary which gives the background, intention and examples (with supplied pics) of current homes in the fund. I have all this drafted in Word but am hoping someone can bang out a more professional looking "brochure". I have a sample Summary Offering from another fund that will help guide you.
