vector illustrations

I am looking for a designer to create high end vector illustrations of vehicle cutaways for our revamped website. We are looking for someone with a creative eye to refresh the existing cutaways and create some new. See detailed brief attached. There are several other design elements involved in this project so there?s more work for the right designer. I will need full copyright to all the illustration work.
