Design a coupon flyer for a coffee shop

I run a small coffee shop. I need to design a 8.5 x 11'' color flyer that I can give to my customers that details a promotion and coupon we have for selling boxes of Keurig cups. I will provide more details once you are hired, but the information on the flyer needs to include the following: - my company logo - my contact information (e-mail, name - information about my store (hours, location, etc.) - two coupons: dotted line cut outs (one says "5% off 1 box" and one says "10% off 3 or more boxes) - Some textual information about the coupons - Free delivery of orders more than 4 kcups in the neibourhood 1 km vicinity - New customers who email their orders ( orders will be confirmed by return email) will enjoy a complimentary iced or hot latte at the time of pick-up - a few images of coffee and keurig cups (which is what the coupon is for) to make the flyer look appealing.
