E-Book: Layout and Look/Feel

I would like some help with prepping an ebook to be published and distributed (in pdf format) as a marketing piece. The content is already written, so at this point what I am look for assistance with are layout and look/feel (typography & graphics or illustrations). The written content will be shared with you upon acceptance of your proposal. Approximate length is 20 pages (including cover, table of contents and thank you page). 1) Please provide a couple of sample pieces you have done for past clients and an idea of your schedule for getting this done. 2) It will be important for me to be able to communicate tweaks with you, as the work is being done... i.e. giving real-time feedback using skype, screenshots etc... Please confirm that this is an acceptable process Sample ebooks that I like (with regard to many of the elements are zipped and attached). Looking forward to your response, Kumi
