Electrical Company logo

I am a designer but don't have time to finish a job that I have gotten into. I am creating a new look for a small electrical contractor. I grabbed an image off the net as a concept and they kind of liked it, but I haven't had any time to refine it and make it work for their company. It is only a starting point. It is not my design and do not want to copy it, just have something similar since they like the concept. I will attach the image i chose to start the logo design. I will provide all of the data about the company to the designer I select. they have a green color that they want to have prominent in their logo CMYK (60,5,95,0) I use Illustrator CS3
