PDF to Adobe InDesign Conversion with Minor Edits

We are looking a page layout expert that is capable of converting PDF files to InDesign (CS5) files for print. We have 4 PDF documents that need to be converted, the primary PDF is 96 pages and the other 3 document are 2 pages. The PDF?s have editing comments added were some minor changes need to be made to the text, pictures in txt layers and possibly layout depending how well the PDF converts to ID. We would require the PDF files and the ID files upon completion in full working order (editable) with no font issues. The PDF?s consists of 21 typefaces that would need to be converted to a ?mainstream? type faces that would reside on any computer such as Times New Roman so the file could be edited without any complications using InDesign or Acrobat Profession
