gDev is building a core team of people to do image and graphics work, and UI design for a wide variety of web sites, iphone applications, and other desktop applications. Potential candidates will be paid $1 for a fixed priced project during the test phase Access to webcam is a prerequisite for this job. The job requires use of webcam along with Elance team, screen shots. The tests include Elance test for written English Skype Video interview Cognitive test Desired skills Great English communication skills Experience in Design and Multimedia - graphic design, and Web Design - UI Design. Enthusiasm for working with the gDev process and methodology.
