Web Icon Graphics

I'm looking to have ten icons/images created that will be used on a website, in a sales video and also in PowerPoint presentations. Since they will be used in multiple mediums, the size should be 256 X 256. I'd like a colorful Web 2.0 look, but no buttons or borders, just the images. The final icons should be in transparent PNGs (with original files - PSD, AI, ICO, etc.) and delivered within three days after the job is awarded.
